5. The User books and the deliverer marks them as booked on the cryptocurrency powered app (IOS or Android) and the activity for example, ride or food delivery or repair starts.
6. Once completed, the fee is calculated based on the factors, base fee and tax parameters. The final fee is displayed on the customer and the supplier app.
7. The gigitalist has the option of determining their pricing and the user can negotiate for a better price.
8. The fee displayed is in cryptocurrency and they can pay using the cryptocurrency from the wallet.

How does the payment flow work on the app script?

For each gig taken, the user pays the gig supplier using Tron cryptocurrency. For example, If the user wants to add $100 worth of Tron tokens to take a ride, he would purchase the Tron cryptocurrency (TRX) using the already integrated Braintree payment gateway and the TRX tokens matching the price paid would be transferred to the user’s wallet from the administrator’s. The user can then use it to pay for his trip once completed.

What are the features of the Cryptocurrency powered app?

Book now or book later: On the user app, they can book right now or choose to schedule at a future date and time. In the case of scheduled rides for example, the system starts searching for a driver an hour ahead of the schedule, if they accept then the user is notified of it.

Google map Integration: Google map is well integrated in the apps, the supplier and the user can both see the details on the app.

In-app notifications and Push notifications: Even if the app is not opened, the new request notifications can be seen by the supplier and any type of statuses can be seen by the user. So they don’t miss out on any important notification.

Accept / Reject: Suppliers can accept or reject the new request on the app easily, they get a visual as well as an alert sound when a new request comes in.

Away Mode: If the supplier is not available to take new requests, they can activate the Away mode. They won’t be shown as active and they won’t receive new requests till they turn it off.

Call User: Once booked, the supplier can call the user if they have any questions. Requires a Twillio account.

Chat with user: Supplier also has the option of chatting with the user instead of calling.

Animated Splash screen: A default animated splash screen with a moving car animation is available on the user app (android and iOS apps.)

History: The user and the supplier can both see the gig they have taken in the past to review it.

Detailed History: Our cryptocurrency powered app script has a detailed history receipt to show for example the pickup point, destination, distance, driver name, vehicle name and fare breakdown. Other gig will have other parameters.

Fee breakdown: For gigs completed, the user and the gigitalist gets the fee breakdown that was just completed. In an understandable format.
